NEWSLETTER OF THE TRANSCARPATHIAN ACADEMY OF ARTS
Newsletter of the Transcarpathian Academy of Arts – is a local publication (collection of research papers) issued by the faculty of the Transcarpathian Academy of Arts. It includes materials of theoretical and practical studies in the fields of decorative and applied arts, design, art education in Ukraine, and related interdisciplinary studies. The purpose of the publication is to present examples of innovative scientific approaches by exchanging latest findings in the corresponding fields. The Newsletter might be of use for Ph. D. candidates, doctoral candidates, teachers and researchers.

The journal is issued twice a year.
The publication was established in 2006 and included into the list of professional publications of Ukraine (Directive of the Ministry of education and science of Ukraine of 04.04.2018 № 326).
The publication has an identification number ISSN 2520-6419 (Print).
The publication was assigned the prefix in Crossref system 10.35204 and included into the list of Crossref member organizations https://www.crossref.org/06members/ 50go-live.html.
The editorial board consists of leading Ukrainian and foreign researchers in the fields or arts and culture.

Submitted articles (in person or by e-mail) are accepted for preview only with a complete set of documents, including:
The article: printed and electronic versions (mandatory);
Review of the article;
Due to the fact that The Newsletter of the Transcarpathian Academy of Arts is about to be included into international scientific databases, starting with 01.01.2020 updated requirements to the articles contain the following items:
1. Authors have to state their Open Researcher and Contributor ID – ORCID.
2. Articles undergo blind review when author and reviewer are unknown to each other.
3. Authors have to submit articles with enough lead time for blind review.
4. Authors have to state origins or permissions for publication from the owner for all graphic materials.
5. Nonresidents of Ukraine – foreign postgraduates, foreign authors – have to submit articles in English or other European language.
Further actions of the board regarding the article:
If the article complies with the general requirements and includes a complete set of documents it is directed for a blind review and editing operations.
The board retains the right for minor editing while keeping the main results and author’s style unaffected.
If members of the editorial board – science editors at corresponding fields – come up with any questions regarding the article, it will be sent back to the author for revision and correction.
